Polk County Republican Party Headquarters, designed by Garrell Associates, Inc.

After the destruction and total loss of the original headquarters due to a winter storm, the Polk County North Carolina Republican Party's new building is coming to life. Designed by Michael W. Garrell of Garrell Associates, Inc. the 2400 s.f. structure will include an office, kitchen area, restrooms and storage areas as well as a common meeting room. A facade will be constructed with elements of brick, stone and timber accents. An entry tower will be the focal point which will include a ceramic American flag placed to the top of the tower above the entry door transom.
