Inspired by the tranquility house plan we set out to walk through as many variations as we can. This is the best way To get the true feel of the space and change living areas that were important to our families needs.
I reached out to Michael Garrell of Garrell Associates, Inc. and started the dream process. At least we had a starting point. I took the plan and with Mr. Garrell and stretched the house literally horizontal and vertically. Preliminary plans through many revisions and the patients of the whole teams effort, demonstrated their commitment to fulfill the customers wish list in their dream home. With the a main floor being 3650 sf, lower level 3451 sf in addition 911 sq ft apartment suite above the 4 car garage makes this design on point!
This project is in the tenth month and love to share some progress.
